    SPRING 2026 HYROX WEEKEND

    Saturday & Sunday — April 11–12, 2026

    Arena Fitness is proud to bring the global fitness racing phenomenon of HYROX straight to Philadelphia—giving athletes a true race-weekend test


    This year, in addition to our signature HYROX Mile event, we are also conducting a Full HYROX Simulation.

    With approximately 8 weeks until HYROX NYC, this is the perfect opportunity to assess your readiness, and find your focus areas before you get to the competition.

    Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or trying HYROX for the first time, this weekend will deliver the perfect blend of running, functional fitness, and community competition.

    Tentative Schedule:

    Saturday April 11th - Full Simulation

    Women's Solo: 9-11am

    Women's Team: 11:30am - 1:30pm

    Men's & Mixed Teams: 2pm - 6pm

    Men's Solo: 5-6pm

    Sunday April 12th - HYROX MILE

    Women's Solo: 9-10am

    Women's Team: 10:30am - 11:30am

    Men's & Mixed Teams: 12pm - 2pm

    Men's Solo: 2:30-3:30pm

  • WHAT IS A Full HYROX Simulation?

    The HYROX Simulation replicates the full HYROX race format. Participants will complete:

    1000m Outdoor Run followed by one HYROX workout station

    This sequence repeats through all 8 HYROX workout stations, with a simulated “ROXZONE” providing you a reasonable estimate of your performance in an official HYROX race

    This format allows athletes to dial in pacing, fueling, transitions, and mental strategy—without the pressure of race day.

  • WHAT IS HYROX Mile?

    The HYROX Mile is a condensed, high-intensity version of the official HYROX race format—designed to test race fitness without the full time commitment.

    200m Run followed by one HYROX workout station

    This sequence repeats through all 8 HYROX workout stations, testing endurance, strength, and grit—just like on the world stage.
