Calling all Arena members and non-members! We're celebrating our 1st year in business, the best way we know how...outdoors! Our Anniversary Bootcamp is being held on June 15th as a way to celebrate your dedication with others that share the same passion.

ANNIVERSARY BOOTCAMP!

EVENT DETAILS:

Location: Friends of River Field located at 400-442 N 24th St, Philadelphia, PA 19130 (Near Art Museum)

Registration: Sign up is required and open to everyone to bring a partner!

Check-In: 9-9:15am. Get here early and meet our partners.

Partners: Our partnered vendors will be there to keep you hydrated and provide services pre/post workout.

The Workout: The workout will start promptly at 9:15am and go to about 10:45am.

THE FORMAT:

9:15-9:20 / INTRODUCTION/WORKOUT BREAKDOWN: Meet your coaches as we breakdown the workout.

9:20-9:30 / GROUP WARMUP: Lap around the field followed by an Arena style dynamic and signature warmup.

9:30-10:15 / GROUP CIRCUITS: Divide and conquer 3 stations with our signature format and equipment including kettlebells, agility ladders, medicine balls, dumbbells, parachutes, and our ski ergs!

10:15-10:25 / OVERTIME FINISHER: Finish things off with a group relay challenge to one last all out!

10:25-10:30 / GROUP COOLDOWN: Quick stretch and team huddle to finish things off.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

PARKING ON SITE: There are about 20 spots available for parking on site. Plan on getting there early if you'd like to claim a spot but they are not guaranteed. Otherwise, you can park on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway or Parktowne Place Drive.

WHAT IF IT RAINS? We will notify everyone signed up 24 hours in advance if we need to reschedule due to rain on the field.

WHAT TO BRING? Bring a water bottle and a towel. We will be doing our stations in the grass so we also recommend bringing a mat for anything done on the ground. We will have waters on-site to keep you hydrated throughout the workout!

FIRST TIMERS: All first timers are welcome! Please be advised that we will be incorporating basic functional movement patterns involving high intensity exercises. Think squat, lunge, hinge, push, and pull, plank, and running. If you have any questions please jump in the chat on the bottom right and we can address.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you cancel less than 8 hours before the event you will be charged $15 for the class.
