If Obstacle Course Racing, Marathons, and CrossFit had a baby, Hyrox would be it. It is the World series of fitness races consisting of 8, 1K runs split up by 8 set exercises. These movements are functional in nature which allows us to train our clients safely and efficiently. Our Hyrox race prep classes and PFT (Physical Fitness Test) events are meant to gear up participants for their next race and build functional movement patterns that everybody should be able to do.
At Arena Fitness we have specific HYROX focussed sessions on the schedule called Hybrid Athlete. All our other team training classes support the muscular strength and endurance required for HYROX.
Whilst we are a HYROX affiliated gym, our mission stays very strong in helping as many people as possible to fall in love with their movement. Wherever you are in your journey, we are here to show you that our gym is not a place that you fear and once you step foot in our gym you will not want to go anywhere else.
