  • HYROX 12 Week Program

    Our 12-Week HYROX Program is a structured, progressive training cycle designed to prepare you for race day — whether it’s your first HYROX or you’re chasing a PR. This program blends aerobic base development, threshold running, and race-specific engine work with progressive strength training for sled push/pull, lunges, wall balls, carries, and compromised running. Each phase builds intentionally — developing durability first, then power and race pace execution — so you peak at the right time. You can expect: • Structured weekly run sessions (intervals, tempo, long aerobic work) • Progressive strength cycles targeting HYROX stations • Race simulation workouts • Performance benchmarks and pacing strategy work • Guidance on recovery and volume management • Monthly check-ins with coach This is not random conditioning.     2 workouts per week

    Perfect for those balancing a busy schedule but still committed to progress. This program delivers two expertly programmed workouts each week focused on strength, conditioning, and mobility. Designed to build consistency, reinforce technique, and keep you accountable—even with limited time. Great for beginners or anyone looking to complement other activities

  • Performance Tracker

    3 workouts per week

    A balanced program for those ready to level up. Three structured workouts per week provide the perfect mix of progressive strength, metabolic conditioning, and skill development. Each week builds on the last with trackable progressions, built-in recovery, and ongoing coach support. Ideal for motivated athletes and anyone looking to see tangible results without overtraining.

  • Athlete Engine

    4 workouts per week

    Our most comprehensive remote offering. With four high-impact sessions each week, this program is built to develop serious performance. Expect progressive strength cycles, race-prep conditioning (HYROX, DEKA, etc.), and movement quality work. Includes optional benchmark testing and personalized adjustments. Best for athletes training toward competition or anyone wanting to push their limits.
